Annual General Meeting 2023
The Annual General Meeting of Centrica plc’s was held at Leeds Marriott Hotel, 4 Trevelyan Square, Boar Lane, Leeds, LS1 6ET on Tuesday, 13 June 2023 at 10.30am. Shareholders were able to attend in person or electronically via a live webcast and were able to vote and ask questions prior to and during the meeting. All the resolutions proposed at the AGM were decided on a poll and were passed. The results are set out below.
